Here’s your opportunity to put forward a worthy nominee for Rising Star (up to 35 years of age) for the Cornwall Farm Business Awards 2024, kindly sponsored by Cornish Mutual.
Within this category we are looking for someone who is young, driven, enthusiastic and dedicated to their role within agriculture. This nomination form is the sole application, so please give us as much detail as possible about the business and give concise reasons why this person should be shortlisted.
Feel free to nominate yourself, any of your clients or family, a neighbouring farmer, friends or anyone who you feel is worthy of this award.

Just to give you some guidance, the judges will be considering the following points in assessing the entrants:
Ability • Business acumen • Animal welfare and environmental awareness • Innovation • Sustainability • Think local • Vision
There will be three category shortlisters and the winner will be automatically be nominated for Cornwall’s ‘Farmer of the Year’ award.
